FOREIGN NATIONALS & FOREIGN INVESTORS

Foreign Nationals are non-permanent aliens who temporarily live in the US. They have government issued residency documentation.

​

Foreign Investors are investors living outside the US, seeking financing on properties located in the US.

Loans from $100K - $20M

​

You will see we have 2 tiers:

​

1. Foreign Nationals qualify for all our loan products at the full LTVs.

   1. Foreign Nationals with diplomatic immunity are ineligible for financing

   2. Real Estate owned by foreign embassies are ineligible for financing

2. Foreign Investors can go to a max of 65% LTV.

   1. We will not allow Foreign Investors to purchase an SFR, condo, or town home as their first US investment

   2. Foreign Investors MUST take title as a US entity.

   3. Copy of passport from country of origin is required.

 

• Any funds coming into our transaction MUST come from a US bank.

• First time investors reduce LTV by 5%
