Hamilton Investments Group (HIG) was born out of the need to diversify Charles Hamilton, the founder, assets across more asset classes.  The search began with looking at assets that are recession resistant, lucrative, and would allow a win-win scenario between the operator and the investors.  Multifamily checked all of those boxes.  In addition, I wanted to get involved in an asset class that would allow the investment manager and investors the ability to both produce generational wealth.  The long-term investment horizon and steadiness of the investment of multifamily satisfied this need as well.

Mid 2023, HIG has now moved to investing in hotels.  Adding hotels as an investment option will allow investors who invest alongside HIG a choice to diversify their portfolio.

You should consider investing alongside HIG if you want to invest alongside a group that is focused largely on aligning the needs of the investor to a specific multifamily or hotel investment. We strive to find conservative investments on assets that will allow us the ability to deliver on the promise of the specified profit behind each multifamily or hotel investment. We look for value- add investments with multifamily and upside potential through hotels that fit our risk profile.
