About our Meetups and Format

​

These meetings are for active and passive investors. These meetings are also for novice and the experienced investors.

Opportunities may also present itself where the participants will be able to work on deals together should they so choose. Specifically, join forces and raise money for and manage deals through their full lifecycle.

We meet the second Monday of each month, and you will receive information about upcoming meetings once you register for the meetings.

The standard agenda for these meetings is as follows:

1) Introductions
2) Apartment and Hotel Investing Speaker. Questions & Answers.
3) Networking

For the networking portion of the meeting, we will create break out rooms for networking among the meeting participants.
